• Order Status: Order delivery status is available upon request beginning December 15. Tracking is sent by request only.
• All pre-orders already placed are processed during regular business hours only, Monday through Friday. Our office is closed weekends and holidays (Nov 27-30, Dec 24 – Jan 4).
